I work in a corporate office, and our cafe has a wrap station every Friday. I got hooked on the California club chicken wraps so I watched closely and finally made my own version at home. They are so delicious!
Ingredients
- 0.5 cups mayonnaise
- 0.5 cups plain yogurt
- 2 chipotles chiles in adobo sauce , finely chopped

Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, and chipotle chiles together in a bowl.

Cook tortillas in the microwave until warm and pliable, about 30 seconds.

Spread 1 tablespoon chipotle mayonnaise down the center of each tortilla. Spread 1/2 of the lettuce, 1/2 of the Monterey Jack cheese, 1/2 of the avocado, 1/2 of the bacon, 1/2 of the red onion, 1/2 of the tomato, and 1/2 of the chicken, respectively, in the center of each tortilla. Fold opposing edges of tortilla to overlap the filling. Roll 1 of the opposing edges around the filling into a wrap.

This is a Lithuanian Ethnic dish. The main ingredient is potatoes. The recipe comes from my fathers grandmother and has been a family favorite for more than 75 years. Serve hot as a main dish with either sour cream or applesauce.
Gluten-Free Zucchini Bread (or Muffins)
Got this recipe from someone else but made some changes to it, to make it not taste gluten-free. My family loves bread and my husband is always looking for something that taste 'normal'. So this is as close as it gets for muffins. They are actually really good. The extra applesauce really makes it moist and not too dry! The batter will look runny but when you take them out of the oven they will be nice and soft. I can't keep them long, they go so fast!
