Raw Hummus
This raw, organic hummus is a treat from traditionally cooked hummus. It causes very little gas because all the enzymes are still there. When I serve this, I make a well in the middle and fill it with olive oil. Serve with pita bread, carrots, celery sticks, or small romaine leaves.
Cheese Lasagna
This cheese lasagna recipe is an easy vegetarian lasagna with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.

This is one of our favorite summer dinners - a black bean vegetarian burrito. Full of flavor and good for you too! Serve on flour or corn tortillas with cheese, sour cream or yogurt, tomatoes, and whatever burrito toppings you like!
