This spiced rum mojito came after a friend of mine and I were trying to make use of spiced rum. This is our new favorite drink!
Ingredients
- 5 mints leaves
- 3 wedgess lime
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 0.5 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 fluids ounces spiced rum , such as Captain Morgan'sĀ®
- 2 fluids ounces cranberry juice
- 2 fluids ounces soda water

Place mint leaves, lime wedges, and ice into a cocktail shaker; mash well with a cocktail muddler. Pour in simple syrup, lime juice, rum, cranberry juice, and soda water. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled glass to serve.
