Ingredients
- 0.5 cups sour cream
- 0.5 cups light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 cups shredded carrot
- 1 cup raisins
