Ingredients
- 1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
- 0.75 cups mayonnaise
- 5 medium green onions , white parts only
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch garlic salt , or to taste
- 1 jar raspberry preserves , 10 ounce
- 1 package thin wheat crackers , 10 ounce

Combine Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, green onion, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt in a medium bowl until well blended. Generously coat a ring shaped gelatin mold with cooking spray; spoon cheese mixture into mold, cover, and chill to set for 2 to 3 hours.

Unmold cheese ring onto a serving plate; pour raspberry preserves into center. Arrange crackers around ring.
