Gluten-Free Scalloped Potatoes
This very easy scalloped potatoes recipe tastes great and is gluten-free. The first few times I made this I used extra sharp Cheddar and Parmesan cheese and we thought it was great. More recently I substituted Jarlsberg for the Cheddar and omitted the Parmesan. My husband and I liked this version even better! Experiment and let me know what's good!

Sausage Green Bean Potato Casserole
This sausage green bean potato casserole is a great dish for a chilly weekend, when you want to warm up the kitchen and enjoy a comforting casserole. I used a chicken-apple sausage, but any flavor sausage will work. There might not be enough time for this on a weeknight, but you can also assemble this casserole the night before, and bake it the next.
