The Most Delicious Green Beans
A different twist to the usual green bean casserole. Given to me years ago by my ex-mother-in-law, this is a tasty, fresh, sweet and tangy new way to serve green beans and it's sure to become a family favorite! Prepare the night before and marinate overnight for the best results. Enjoy!
Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms
Chicken is browned and simmered with marinated artichoke hearts, mushrooms, white wine, and capers. A simple, savory aromatic treat.
Mom's Legendary Stuffed Hamburgers
This recipe for Mom's legendary stuffed hamburgers yields enormous, stick-to-your-ribs burgers with a surprise in the center—a real family favorite. I like to serve them on a bun topped with sautéed mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Use extra lean or lean ground beef instead of medium because the bacon adds to the fat content of the meat.
