  • 6 cups Brussels sprouts , trimmed, halved, and sliced
  • 2 Galas apples , cored and thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cups dried cranberries
  • 0.33 cups sliced almonds
  • 0.33 cups raw sunflower seed kernels
  • 0.33 cups shelled , raw pumpkin seeds
