Strawberrylicious Daiquiris
Fresh strawberries paired with pineapple and lime make for a perfect drink on that first hot day of summer! Dark spiced rum adds a special flavor that stands up to the flavor burst you get from the fresh berries.
Yam Smoothie
This smoothie is a favorite in my family and is quick and easy to make. You could also use a large can of yams in place of cooking the fresh ones.
Angel's Ravioli Alfredo with Mushrooms
Even my carnivore hubby loves this vegetarian alfredo ravioli dish loaded with cheese, mushrooms, and garlic. You can omit the chopped green onions and crushed red pepper if you wish, and the dish is still wonderful!
