Ingredients

  • 0.25 cups mung bean sprouts
  • 0.25 cups freshly chopped cilantro
  • 0.5 medium avocado , sliced
  • 0.25 medium cucumber , thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 medium lime , juiced
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
