Zoodle Lasagna
One day, not having any gluten-free pasta on hand but lots of zucchini, I decided to use 'zoodles' instead of noodles. The whole family enjoyed this lasagna! I don't use any salt in the recipe because the cheeses already contain it. This dish is even better the next day and freezes well too.
Mayonnaise Biscuits
These mayonnaise biscuits are simple but tasty. You can't taste the mayonnaise, but it gives the biscuits a light and fluffy texture. For rolled and cut biscuits, use just enough milk to hold the dough together.
Grandma's Authentic Swedish Meatballs
Family recipe straight from Sweden. This is a favorite dish any time that I make it and is often requested by my foodie friends. Serve with mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
