Classic American-Style Potato Salad
A classic potato salad recipe. Most potato salads look and taste better when made with low-starch red boiling potatoes. You can use any size of this variety, but the small new potatoes cook 10 to 15 minutes faster than the larger ones. Choose potatoes that are all roughly the same size, if possible, so they cook in the same time.
Almond "You Must Be Nuts!" Crackers
These almond crackers have a great nutty flavor. The recipe was adapted for gluten-free, low-carb ketogenic, and paleo diets. Just add some homemade guacamole or salmon cream cheese and enjoy a visit to heaven!
Green No-Bean Hummus
This very exciting green hummus alternative is made with zucchini that is salted and charred to bring out the flavor. It is one of my all-time favorite dips! It's easy to digest, keto-friendly, and delicious!
