Ingredients
- 1.75 cups roma tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- 1 small jalapeño pepper
- 0.5 teaspoons lime zest
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 0.25 teaspoons salt

Stir together tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño , lime zest, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a bowl. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
