This cocoa powder chocolate mousse is a no-cook mousse, perfect for answering sweet cravings. This recipe makes 4 to 6 dessert-sized servings, or you can pipe it into shot glasses if your guests prefer just a bite. You can enjoy them as soon as you make them, or you can chill them in the fridge for a cooler dessert.
Ingredients
- 1.25 cups heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.33 cups confectioner's sugar
- 0.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.25 teaspoons almond extract , optional

Combine heavy whipping cream, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

Pipe mousse into 6 shot glasses. Serve immediately or chill until serving.
