This cocoa powder chocolate mousse is a no-cook mousse, perfect for answering sweet cravings. This recipe makes 4 to 6 dessert-sized servings, or you can pipe it into shot glasses if your guests prefer just a bite. Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.33 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons almond extract , optional

Instructions
