This cocojito (frozen mojito) recipe will teach you how to make a yummy frozen drink with slight coconut sweetness. Add more cream of coconut for a sweeter drink. Add more rum for a stronger one.
Ingredients
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 7 fluids ounces sweetened cream of coconut , such as Coco Lopez
- 2 ½ , 1.5 fluid ounce
- 5 sprigs fresh mint leaves , more for garnish
- 2 ½ limes , rinds removed
- 2 limes wedges , for garnish

Place ice, cream of coconut, rum, 2½ limes, and 5 mint sprigs in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and lime wedges.
