Asian Chicken Pasta Salad
Wonderful stir-fried veggie, chicken pasta salad that's great served warm or cold.
Gingerbread Cookies with Orange Buttercream Frosting
My favorite gingerbread cookie recipe. The cookies are soft and cakey. The orange buttercream icing really ties the flavors together.
Fried Rice
The best homemade fried rice you can make! The bacon may be nontraditional, but it adds a little extra crunch. This is great with chicken or beef.
