This corn salad is easy to make anytime with a bag of corn, lots of bell peppers, veggies, and mayonnaise. You will be proud to take this creamy corn salad with you for any holiday occasion!
Ingredients
- 1 package frozen whole-kernel corn , 10 ounce
- 0.25 cups diced yellow bell pepper
- 0.25 cups diced red bell pepper
- 0.25 cups diced green bell pepper
- 0.5 reds onion , chopped
- 0.25 cups chopped cucumber
- 1 small tomato , chopped
- 0.5 cups mayonnaise , or to taste
- salt and freshly ground black pepper , to taste

Place corn, yellow pepper, red pepper, green pepper, red onion, cucumber, and tomato in a large bowl. Add just the amount of mayonnaise to your liking; mix well to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper; chill until serving.
