Bob's Kabobs
Most people think of chunks of meat on a skewer when they think of kabobs, but this is another style known as kofta kabobs. Now that grilling season is upon us, this is definitely something you're going to want to work into the rotation. Serve with grilled pita bread and a blend of diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions sprinkled with salt and olive oil, all topped with freshly chopped parsley and dried sumac.
Delectable Prime Rib au Jus
This standing rib roast au jus recipe has brought me success in both personal and professional cooking. This recipe is written for a 10-pound prime rib roast, but it can be scaled if your roast is a different size. The finished roast has a flavorful crust and meat so tender, it'll most likely leave you wanting more.
Quick and Easy Home Fries
These home fries turn out crispy every time. They're great for breakfast or as a side dish. If you prefer crispy hash browns, use shredded potatoes (instead of cubed) and follow the recipe directions.
