This shrimp and crab pasta salad uses imitation crab meat and mini shrimp for a wonderful pasta salad that everyone loves.
Ingredients
- 1 package uncooked tri-colored spiral pasta , 16 ounce
- 0.5 cups mayonnaise , or more to taste
- 0.25 cups apple cider vinegar
- 0.25 cups olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package imitation crabmeat , 8 ounce
- 1 can tiny shrimp , 6.5 ounce
- 1 pint grape tomatoes , halved
- 1 English cucumber , diced
- 1 can sliced black olives , 4 ounce
- 1 red bell pepper , seeded and chopped

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.

Mix together mayonnaise, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over pasta and stir to coat.

Add crab, shrimp, tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, and bell pepper; mix gently to coat with dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired. If pasta is too dry, mix in more mayonnaise.
