Joyce's Fantastic Lemon Easter Bread
This lemon Easter bread was developed by my good friend Joyce. It was written for a bread machine, but I'm sure it could be adapted. It's a light bread with a wonderful lemon flavor. Try it toasted — yum!
Strawberry Bruschetta
This strawberry bruschetta recipe makes a delicious variation of the popular tomato-based appetizer. The strawberries are warm and sweet, and the sugar becomes caramelized and crunchy. Your guests will love it!
Easy Garlic Escargots
This escargot recipe is made with tender escargots in mushroom caps, smothered with wine sauce and cheese. Nothing big and fancy, but I liked how it turned out, so I thought I'd share. They're easy to make, too!
