Queso (Cheese) Dip
This is the best queso dip! Being from Texas, I know my queso, and I think this is the one that beats them all! It's full of flavor and uses all fresh ingredients. You can substitute half-and-half for the heavy whipping cream if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
Mushroom Asparagus Risotto
Morel mushrooms and asparagus are both in season during the spring and complement one another perfectly. This asparagus mushroom risotto is the perfect way to enjoy these two flavorful ingredients together.
Lemon Oatmeal Bars
The best of both worlds! If you like lemon bars and oatmeal cookies, this will satisfy both cravings at once. The hint of almond along with these other flavors, builds a light and fresh flavor that no other lemon bar has.
