Easy Liver Pâté
This liverwurst pâté, made with Braunschweiger, is a favorite passed down to me from my mom. We have it at family gatherings and this year I'm taking it to the Super Bowl party. Seasonings may be adjusted to suit your taste. Serve with your choice of crackers.
Fudgy Chocolate Chip Muffins
These muffins are a chocolatey treat thanks to the double chocolate punch of cocoa powder and chocolate chips.
Savory Roasted Root Vegetables
This roasted vegetable side dish is a great way to use root vegetables. I think the beets add a beautiful red color to the dish, but if it bothers you to serve pinkish vegetables, substitute parsnips, rutabaga, or any similar vegetable; be creative!
