This creamy jalapeno cranberry dip is a copycat version of the popular Costco dip by Stonemill Kitchens. With both pickled and fresh jalapenos, sweetened dried cranberries, and a combination of asiago and cream cheese, it's so popular that they sell it year round.
Ingredients
- 0.67 cups dried cranberries
- 0.75 cups water
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 0.25 cups pickled jalapenos
- 0.25 cups red onion
- 1.5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 packages cream cheese , 8 ounce
- 0.67 cups asiago cheese
Instructions

Place cranberries in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand for 3 minutes to soften slightly and drain.

Add cranberries, jalapeno, pickled jalapeno, brine, red onion, and sugar into a food processor and pulse until very finely chopped.

Combine cranberry mixture with softened cream cheese and asiago cheese and stir until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
