This creamy jalapeno cranberry dip is a copycat version of the popular Costco dip by Stonemill Kitchens. With both pickled and fresh jalapenos, sweetened dried cranberries, and a combination of asiago and cream cheese, it's so popular that they sell it year round.

Ingredients

  • 0.67 cups dried cranberries
  • 0.75 cups water
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 0.25 cups pickled jalapenos
  • 0.25 cups red onion
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 packages cream cheese , 8 ounce
  • 0.67 cups asiago cheese

Instructions

  1. 1

Place cranberries in a small bowl and cover with boiling water. Let stand for 3 minutes to soften slightly and drain.

  2. 2

Add cranberries, jalapeno, pickled jalapeno, brine, red onion, and sugar into a food processor and pulse until very finely chopped.

  3. 3

Combine cranberry mixture with softened cream cheese and asiago cheese and stir until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
