Quinoa Tabbouleh
We love this quinoa tabbouleh on a hot summer day. Quinoa has a much nicer taste than bulgur and it's gluten-free so everyone can enjoy this Middle Eastern salad. The longer you let the tabbouleh sit, the better it tastes.
Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast
This beef pot roast is lovely served with mashed potatoes. The real secret here is making sure you sear the meat before the long, slow braise.
Brownie Pie
This brownie pie is rich and fudgy with a perfectly crisp crust. Definitely serve with ice cream, whipped cream, and salted caramel.
