Sweet and Peppery Watermelon Salad
When I first tasted this salad at a gathering I couldn't stop eating it. I was sure to obtain the recipe and have been making it ever since.
Barbecue Chicken Grilled Pizza
This quick and easy barbecue chicken grilled pizza recipe is for those summer cookouts. I often make it as an appetizer while the ribs are cooking. Use whatever toppings you normally like on regular pizza, but the barbecue chicken is always a crowd-pleaser! The dough never makes a perfect rectangle, but we have fun guessing what it looks like ("That looks like America!"). For the chicken, I use pre-cooked grilled chicken from the store.
Chile Colorado
We make this Chile Colorado for my Mexican husband, who also doesn't like tomatoes in his chile. This is a traditional Mexican-style dish. If you decide to add beans, do it after the chile is finished. Serve with chopped onion, sliced green onion, shredded Cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
