This is a delicious marinade for steaks, and a family favorite.
Ingredients
- 0.75 cups steak sauce
- 0.25 cups sherry
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic , peeled and minced
- 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, mix steak sauce, sherry, light brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Place desired meat in the mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before grilling as desired.
