Philly-Style Chicken Cheesesteak
I was surprised not to find a recipe on this site for a Philly-style chicken cheesesteak so I decided to create one. Depending on who you ask, this sandwich may or may not be authentic Philly style, but it is fantastic. Getting a good, fresh hoagie roll is key to this sandwich being perfect.
Las Vegas Galbi (Korean-Style Beef Ribs)
So this Korean ribs recipe is basically LA galbi with my own personal touches. It has received praise from many Koreans; however, I'm not sure if they were just being nice or not. You don't need a portable/tabletop stove for this (you can use a stovetop instead), but it's more fun this way. Serve with rice, kimchi, garlic, etc. Garnish with sesame seeds.
Tortilla Española (Spanish Tortilla)
Tortilla Española is a potato and onion omelette. It's a classic tapas dish, prepared all over Spain. This version also includes roasted red peppers and Spanish Serrano ham. Unlike most omelettes, a Spanish tortilla is served at room temperature.
