Simple, yet delicious! New potatoes, when young, are so good by themselves they don't need anything else. This would be great as a breakfast side dish.
Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds new potatoes , cut into wedges
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
-
1
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
-
2
In a hot skillet, melt butter. Stir in rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add potatoes and coat potatoes evenly with melted butter.
-
3
Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking pan.
-
4
Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes, tossing them occasionally to ensure that they brown on all sides.

Baked Salmon Steak
Something I created myself when trying to figure out what to do with some salmon steaks, spinach, chives, and thyme ended up being very delicious. Serve with sweet potato fries and acorn squash or with your choice of sides.
Easy Funeral Potatoes
This funeral potatoes recipe is easy to make for a creamy, cheesy potato side dish. You can add anything you like to jazz this casserole up. You can use potato chips, tortilla chips, or even cornflakes for the topping. I like to use sour cream and onion potato chips.
Cotechino con Lenticchie
This cotechino and lentil dish is hearty, satisfying, and traditionally eaten on New Year's to bring abundance and fortune. Cotechino is an Italian fresh pork sausage. It is creamy and delicate in flavor. It is sometimes sold precooked or boiled but the best ones are fresh.
