This easy baked macaroni and cheese dish will make your guests beg for seconds!
Ingredients
- 1 package elbow macaroni , 16 ounce
- 0.5 cups evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 container sour cream , 8 ounce
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
- 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 0.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.

Mix milk, eggs, sour cream, seasoning salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Layer macaroni, Cheddar cheese, and milk mixture into the prepared casserole dish until full. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and pour melted butter on top.

Bake in the preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.

Micah's 4 1/2-Alarm Chili
This is my sweet and spicy chili. Enough people have asked for the recipe that I decided to post it here! This makes a pretty big batch of chili. You can always halve the ingredients. Also, I probably make it a little bit differently each time, so it's no biggie if the ingredients aren't an exact match. I think that the chili is best when it has a few days to really combine the flavors.
