The perfect thing for a cold day. If you like coffee, but you just are not in the mood for an entire cup of it, and cake sounds real good, then an easy coffee mug cake is perfect!
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.67 cups brewed coffee
- 0.25 cups powdered coffee creamer
- 1 tablespoon white sugar

Mix flour, coffee, creamer, and sugar together in a microwave-safe mug.

Microwave on high power until cake looks done in the middle, about 3 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
