This is an easy seafood quiche to make with crabmeat. It's wonderful for brunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs , beaten
- 0.5 cups milk
- 1 cup crabmeat
- 1 cup diced Swiss cheese
- 0.5 cups chopped green onions
- 1 unbaked pie crust , 9 inch

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Beat eggs, mayonnaise, flour, and milk in a medium bowl until thoroughly blended. Stir in crab, cheese, and onion; transfer into pie shell.

Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
