Pumpkin Roll
Try this pumpkin roll recipe for a standout holiday dessert! A moist, spiced pumpkin sheet cake is spread with a vanilla cream cheese filling, then rolled up and dusted with powdered sugar for an after-dinner treat that's both elegant and delicious.
Coconut and Lemon Cream Pie
Coconut and lemon are probably my favorite match. This pie has an unexpected shortbread-like crust made with only coconut oil! The result is flaky, crumbly, and delicious. The creamy curd center gets an upgrade using coconut cream! If you serve immediately, the pie will be a bit messier than if you were to chill it for a few hours.
Outrageous Warm Chicken Nacho Dip
This crockpot chicken queso dip is my jazzed-up version of the classic queso dip made heartier with shredded chicken. Serve this crowd-pleasing dip with tortilla chips while watching the big game, or load up your slow cooker and take it to potlucks or tailgate parties. Customize the heat by adjusting the number of jalapeños you use.
