Pancake and Sausage Casserole
I wanted a pancake and sausage casserole for deer camp and at home, too, since we have a good-sized family. I wanted to have something that would be ready for everyone to sit and eat together. I couldn't find one, so I began experimenting. Finally, I am satisfied with this one. All of my tasters agreed it worked. Top it with butter, syrup, or your favorite topping.
Air Fryer Maple-Chili Pumpkin Seeds
Spicy with a hint of sweet air-fried pumpkin seeds. Roasting them in the air fryer gets them super crispy and they are highly addictive. These are best served immediately so make small batches. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
Decadent Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler
This peach cobbler is easy to make and very decadent. The use of store-bought cinnamon rolls makes it even faster to make. Serve with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
