This minute steak recipe is so easy. I serve it with mashed potatoes and warm rolls.
Ingredients
- 4 cubes steaks , 1/2 pound
- 1 can condensed French onion soup , 10.5 ounce
Instructions
-
1
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
-
2
Sear steaks in a large skillet over medium heat, 2 to 4 minutes per side.
-
3
Transfer steaks to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour condensed soup over top.
-
4
Bake in the preheated oven until tender and slightly pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium doneness.

Cranberry Pear Salad
This delicious pear cranberry salad works well as a side or on its own. Especially good in fall and winter when fresh summer salad fare is harder to come by.
Summer Pizza
This summer pizza is loaded with fresh veggies, light on the cheese, and is made on the grill. The butter glaze makes a nice finish, but you can skip it if you like.
No Mayo Deviled Eggs
I always make deviled eggs to use up dyed hardboiled eggs from Easter, but many family and friends hate the mayo taste and texture. I tried an avocado base and it made the best deviled eggs anyone had tasted. You just can't be afraid of green eggs and ham.
