This roasted red pepper hummus is easy to make in a food processor with chickpeas, lemon juice, and tahini for a delicious dip or spread.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas , 15 ounce
- 0.33 cups tahini
- 0.33 cups lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic , minced
- 0.5 cups roasted red peppers
- 0.25 teaspoons dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste , Optional

Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until blended. Add roasted peppers and basil; process until the peppers are finely chopped. Season with salt and pepper.
