This rich eggnog ice cream is easy to make for the holidays — almost too easy when you use an ice cream machine!
Ingredients
- 2 cups eggnog
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk , 10 ounce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract , or to taste
Instructions
-
1
Mix eggnog, heavy cream, condensed milk, and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions until it reaches "soft-serve" consistency.
-
2
Transfer ice cream into a one- or two-quart lidded plastic container; cover surface with plastic wrap and seal. For best results, ice cream should ripen in the freezer for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookies
Low-fat, high-fiber, a great alternative to pre-packaged oatmeal snacks! They make a great breakfast on-the-go or mid-morning snack. Store in an airtight container or the freezer.
Wild Blueberry Lemon Crumb Cakes
These wild blueberry lemon crumb cakes bring two great ingredients together. Lemon and blueberry are fine on their own, but together they are magical, especially with this golden brown crumb cake topping.
Chocolate Mousse with Cocoa Powder
No cooking involved, and it just doesn't get much easier than this for an elegant dessert. I like to pipe the mousse into small shooter glasses for a lovely presentation. Everybody has room for a mini dessert! Chilling the bowl and beaters will result in a better whipped cream.
