Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Muffins
This recipe yields light and spongy gluten-free chocolate chip muffins made with almond flour instead of regular flour. Nonfat Greek yogurt is one of the secrets to keeping the texture so fluffy.
Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies
I hope you enjoy these cranberry oatmeal cookies as much as we do. I made a few changes to a recipe on the back of a canister of oats — now this is the only recipe I use!
Grandma Tibbitts Sugar Cookies
This recipe was handed down from my great grandmother. It took a few years to figure out the exact measures. These cookies are very soft and if you want to use a cutter, the dough should be refrigerated a couple hours. I use a three inch biscuit cutter. You can also drop these if you are short on time. Sprinkle tops with colored sugar or whatever decorative confection you like. These are good plain also.
