Sassy Freezer Slaw
Coleslaw is made up and put in the freezer. Easy to take out and thaw when you need it in a hurry. It has a crunch to it and a sweet-sour vinegar-based dressing. Freeze for up to two months. Chopped onions and bell peppers are an option to add in if you like them.
Air Fryer Brats
Forget about the weather and cooking outside with these air fryer brats! There's no reason to fire up the grill when you can get crispy brats this juicy and tender with perfect texture from an air fryer. We like ours on a hoagie bun with German mustard and sauerkraut.
Banana Lumpia
Simple, deep-fried banana dessert. I'm unsure of cooking time because I've never timed myself. I use frozen lumpia wrappers I find at my local Asian store. P.S. This is great with ice cream.
