Faye's pulled barbecue pork recipe is very good and simple. You just boil the meat until it falls off the bone, stir in the sauce, and then eat it. Serve it on your favorite buns, and have plenty of coleslaw handy. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 0.13 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 6 pounds Boston butt roast
- 1 onion , chopped
- 3 cups barbecue sauce
Instructions
-
1
Rub garlic, seasoning salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper onto roast.
-
2
Place roast in a large Dutch oven; fill halfway with water. Add onion; bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Reduce heat; simmer until meat falls off the bone, 3 to 4 hours (depending on the size of the roast).
-
3
Place hot roast in a serving bowl. Pour in barbecue sauce; stir until well combined. Serve on buns.

Bacon Wrapped Cheeseburger Bites
These bacon wrapped cheeseburger bites, made in the air fryer, are a little bit meatloaf and a little bit cheeseburger: seasoned ground beef meatballs with Cheddar cheese centers are wrapped in bacon and fried. They are delicious and reheat well, great as an appetizer or a main. Serve with any dipping sauce you like.
Stuffed Jack-O'-Lantern Bell Peppers
These Halloween-themed stuffed peppers are delicious. They are my own stuffed bell pepper recipe with a festive twist. The flavorful beef stuffing is made with whole wheat bread instead of rice.
Texas Pork Ribs
This is a multiple prize-winning master recipe. It has several steps that can be used on pork spareribs, country-style ribs, or pretty much any other type of pork rib; simply adjust oven time up for meatier cuts. Use some soaked wood chips on the barbecue. The smokier the grill, the better the ribs will taste!
