Petra's Strawberry Shortcake
Petra's strawberry shortcake recipe makes a wonderfully tasty and tender shortcake. As a teenager growing up in Germany, I made Biskuitteig — a light sponge cake — nearly every week. It's also great with other fruit toppings!
Beef Noodle Soup
This delicious beef noodle soup was a favorite of mine while attending college. My family has been enjoying it ever since! Very easy and quick to make. It includes stew meat, mixed vegetables, and egg noodles in a beef broth base.
