This chocolate whipped cream frosting will add an extra special topping to any dessert. Typical frostings are too sweet for my taste. Instead, I prefer a whipped cream frosting, and adding cocoa powder makes it even better. Simple and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2.5 tablespoons white sugar
- 2.5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Better-Than-Mom's German Chocolate Cake
This cake is amazing. As my father-in-law says, "This is better than my Mom's cake". Plan ahead because this cake takes time and effort to make. But it's oh so worth it!
Shrimp Tacos
I got the idea for this shrimp tacos recipe from a favorite restaurant. The shrimp is sautéed in honey butter, topped with a delicious mango salsa, and wrapped in a tortilla. It tastes worth a million bucks yet is so simple. Everyone will be begging for more.
Garlic Fennel Flank Steak with Oranges
While this dish may appear to be inspired by Italian or Spanish influences (which it is), it's also a take on one of my favorite Chinese dishes: spicy orange beef. I love to grill flank steak with a highly-flavored rub of garlic, fennel, salt and black pepper.
