This French onion potatoes recipe combines soup mix, cream, and potatoes for a rich, delicious bake that is even better the next day — but there probably won't be any leftovers. It's especially great for barbecues.
Ingredients
- cooking spray
- 2 large onions , sliced
- 1 package dry French onion soup mix , 1.5 ounce
- 1.33 cups diced cooked bacon , Optional
