Mint-Tomato Sauce for Lamb
I received this fresh-from-the-garden recipe from a friend after my husband and I fell in love with it at her summer barbecue. We use it to accompany our Easter leg of lamb or grilled lamb chops, and end up sopping up the leftovers with bread as we can't stand to let it go to waste!
Boneless Buffalo Wings
These boneless wings are a great way to have chicken. I had these at a pub and fell in love with the taste. They're a nice change from your regular chicken wings. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Fish Chowder
This fish chowder recipe is one of the best chowders I've had; my kids love it too! The fishermen of Bodega Bay, California, shared this favorite, quick, and easy recipe with my sister during a fish festival. We top the chowder with bacon bits and a few shakes of hot sauce for a little spice. Enjoy!
