A classic warm-weather drink of gin and seltzer that is deliciously different.
Ingredients
- cracked ice
- 1 jigger dry gin , 1.5 fluid ounce
- 1 lime , juiced
- 0.5 teaspoons superfine sugar
- seltzer water
- 1 slice lime
Instructions

Fill a highball glass 3/4 full with ice. Pour in gin, lime juice, and sugar. Stir, and fill remainder of the glass with seltzer water. Garnish with a lime slice.
