  • 6 cups peeled , sliced fresh peaches
  • 0.25 cups packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons gluten-free all purpose baking flour , such as Pillsbury
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoons grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions
