This easy blackberry cobbler is made with sweet and juicy fresh blackberries and cake mix. In West Virginia, blackberries used to grow wild near our neighborhood. My Grammy would make me this delicious dessert after we picked fresh berries.
Ingredients

Chef John's Jollof Rice
This is a foolproof recipe for cooking Jollof rice, West Africa's most popular dish. I like to serve it as a side with my West African-style grilled beef (Suya), but it can also be a main course.
Pesto Alfredo Sauce
This simple pesto Alfredo sauce is quick and full of flavor. It's a little thinner than traditional Alfredo sauce, with less fat and fewer calories. Serve over cooked fettuccine noodles and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
German Pancakes
German pancakes are a childhood favorite of mine. Golden pan-style egg dish, with lots of big bubbles while baking. We eat these every Sunday morning. Serve with maple syrup.
