A coworker shared this Greek pulled pork recipe with me. It's another one of my favorite comforting slow cooker foods. I don't know how I survived without this recipe in my life. But I am glad I don't have to, and neither do you! I like to serve this on a hoagie or roll with chips and dip.
Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin , 2 pound
- 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning , such as Cavender's
- 1 jar sliced pepperoncini peppers with juice , 16 ounce
Instructions

Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker; generously season with Greek seasoning. Pour pepperoncini with juice over pork.

Cover slow cooker. Cook on High for 4 hours.

Shred pork using 2 forks. Cook 10 to 15 minutes more.
