This quick, creamy Greek yogurt Caesar dressing is easy enough to blend up for a dinner salad, or triple the recipe and use it for a vegetable dip.
Ingredients
- 3 garlics cloves
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 4 dropss Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 lemon , juiced
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 0.33 cups olive oil

Gather all ingredients.

Add garlic, yogurt, Parmesan, Dijon, wine vinegar, Worcestershire, lemon, salt, and pepper to the jar of a blender.

Blend until smooth, about 15 seconds. With blender running, add olive oil in a steady stream and blend until emulsified. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
