Sausage Egg Casserole
Assemble the ingredients the night before, and bake this casserole in the morning. Stand back and wait for the compliments. I've made it with fat free cottage cheese, egg substitute, and reduced fat sausage; the taste is still wonderful!
Huckleberry Buckle
This huckleberry dessert is a family recipe from my husband's mom and grandma. I like it better than traditional cobbler. This works well with blueberries and blackberries also.
Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Caps
This portabello mushroom caps recipe is delicious. I couldn't find a mushroom recipe that I liked, so I started playing around with my own creation. You can make these with salad, shrimp, crab, and sausage — practically anything you think would be a good meat filling.
