This grilled pineapple slices recipe uses cinnamon to enhance the already sweet pineapple rings. You can't eat just one.

- 1 fresh pineapple , peeled, cored, and cut into rings
- 0.25 cups canned coconut milk
- 0.5 cups cinnamon sugar

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Place coconut milk and cinnamon sugar in separate bowls. Dip pineapple into coconut milk, then coat in cinnamon sugar.

Grill pineapple slices on the preheated grill, 6 minutes per side.
