Mom's Kimchi Egg
My mom makes this kimchi and eggs dish all the time, and it tastes better and better each time! And the best part โ just two basic ingredients is all it takes. Garnish with rice.
Homemade Kalbi (Korean BBQ Short Ribs)
After trying many recipes for homemade kalbi, I found this great kalbi (Korean BBQ short ribs) genuine recipe from a friend who learned it from his mom. It's sweet, salty, spicy, and very tender (thanks to the Coke). I use this same recipe to make bulgogi and dae ji bool gogi (spicy pork) and simply change the onions to sliced bulbs for the bulgogi.
Ginger Scones
This delightful recipe yields light, buttery, warmly spiced ginger scones. They're aromatic, thanks to the perfect blend of ground ginger, crystallized ginger, and fragrant cardamom. They're perfect for breakfast, tea time, or any cozy moment.
